Please be aware that the monthly cap of 15,000 GBP will bind before the weekly limit of 5,000 GBP is reached in many calendar months. Any winnings exceeding the 100,000 GBP daily maximum are subject to deduction by us within 30 days of the event giving rise to such excess.

4.3 Withdrawal Fees

Two separate administrative fees of up to 8% may apply to withdrawals. The first applies where the 1× deposit rollover has not been met, as described in section 4.1. The second applies where you make multiple withdrawals within a rolling 30-day period. This second fee relates to the frequency of withdrawal requests and is independent of any other condition.

4.4 Withdrawal Routing

All withdrawals must be returned to the original debit card, credit card, bank account or payment method used to fund your account. Payment to any alternative destination is entirely at our discretion and will be subject to additional security checks. We will process cleared funds to the original funding method in accordance with the applicable timelines stated on our website.

4.5 Pending Withdrawals

Please note that funds subject to a pending withdrawal request are not held back from play.
